Brazilian Law on the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities
The Brazilian Law on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities nº 13,146, sanctioned on July 6, 2015, guarantees rights and equality of opportunity in accessing information:
"Art. 44. Paragraph 6. The cinemas must offer, in all sessions, accessibility resources for the disabled person."
"Art. 63. Accessibility is mandatory on websites maintained by companies with headquarters or commercial representation in the country or by government agencies for the use of the disabled person, guaranteeing access to the available information, according to best practices and accessibility guidelines adopted internationally."
